Please let me know how to do matching between data in English and CJK (Chinese,Japanese,Korian) languages.

Is it a good idea to convert both into UTF 16LE & do matching.

Does QS allows matching between such files.

Search the forum and the manuals for the term NLS (National Language Support). Essentially the Ascential products place a character map between the data "out there" and themselves. These maps translate from the "native" encoding - for example BIG5 or GB2312 for Chinese - and the idiosyncratic UV-UTF8 encoding of Unicode used within the products. The Chinese, Japanese and Korean maps all include the "common", or CJK, characters.
