I hink you are saying some addresses certified, and others did not. This is very normal

The address you provided did not work at the USPS site, so it will probably not work in CASS either.

The pdf documentation is in the ZIP file you downloaded from IBM.

I think you are trying to say that some addresses did not certify. Is that correct? As I said before, not every address will certify. Some addresses simply do not exist. Please try your address at the USPS web site (http://zip4.usps.com/zip4/welcome.jsp) and open a PMR if you belive there to be an IBM error.

As for the documentation, it is in the ZIP file that contained the original module. The current part number is CZ78BEN. The PDF in the ZIP file is i46qecss.pdf. Please see your site administrator if you do not have that file.
