ERROR IN QUALITY STAGE -- STANDARDIZATION

Guys,

I was trying to standarize data on a "Display Name" filed i get the below error.

main_program: Syntax error: Error in "pxbridge" operator: Error in output redirection: Error in output parameters: Error in modify adapter: Error in binding: Expected '=', got: "Name", line 38
Expected ';' or ','; got: "Name", line 43
Error in "QSstan" operator: Error in output redirection: Error in output parameters: Error in modify adapter: Expected ';' or ','; got: "Name", line 56

The datatype is NVarchar Can any body thro light on.

Please describe all the stages in your job and how they are connected. What kind of standardization are you performing, and what (input) columns are being standardized?
