Name Validation.

Hello Users,

When I try to standardise the US name I get the bunch of other fields. Not sure what each one of them mean.

Can any one explain when to use these fields.

NameType_USNAME : ??
GenderCode_USNAME : Gives you the Gender based on the name.
NamePrefix_USNAME : Gives you the Name Prefix if any
FirstName_USNAME : Gives the Standard First Name
MiddleName_USNAME : Gives the Standard Middle Name
PrimaryName_USNAME : Gives the Standard Primary Name
NameGeneration_USNAME : Gives the Generation Name if any like I, II, III, IV etc
NameSuffix_USNAME : Gives the Standards Suffix if any
AdditionalName_USNAME : No Idea what it does ??

MatchFirstNameNYSIIS_USNAME: ??

All of these are documented in the manual and in the tutorial. I, for one, do not propose to waste my time replicating those sources. To get you started, name type is a generated field containing "I" for "individual name" or "O" for "organizational name" when such can reliably be determined from the values in the record.
