I have added a new Match Pass in an existing Match spec to Block on exact Name and exact Email. For this, I have provided only the Blocking columns and no Match Columns.
However, the new Match spec is now throwing the below error:
Event Number:304
Event type:Fatal
Message Id:IIS-QSEE-POGO-00004
Message:
Frq_AP_Contact: Error occurred of line 4, file ./RT_QS376/V0S335/Controls/Frq_AP_Contact.txt
MATCH1 CHAR QSStan_Local_PrimaryName QSStan_Local_PrimaryName 0.9 0.01 900 0
Any idea why?

Is complaining about a data issue in line 4 ... Check for null values in email (Just guessing that it won't be in the name field)
Would you mind posting the first 5 lines from your input and frecuency file?
How many passes in your Match Specification?

Blocking on exact name is an unusual approach - what if there are misspellings? However, that is not the cause of this problem. As noted, check lines 3, 4 and 5 of your source data.
