Match-Specification Update Issue

Post by Puli »

hi,

I'm getting an Undefined error while Matchspecification process.

i have standardized sourcefile and its corresponding Freq.generated file given for Matching Process. while Match specification, i gave required input files,Match Pass and Test Result database and its fine with connection.

when i give Update, its failed to update. and the log file(OSHErrorLog) also blank. so i got no way to track it.

your valuable comments are always welcome!

Thanks!

If I remember correctly there is a generate OSH setting on project level using the Admin Shortcut. Enable that.
Go back to where the error is and rerun. You should be able to see more detail on the error.

Are you using DB2 as the repository?
If so, add regular table spaces to your database, add buffer sizes 4,8,16 and 32. Cannot say this will be solve the problem but I had a similar issue a while back.

No, I do not think you need to restart the server. Check if you have read/write access to where the OSH file is created.
