How to install qsserv service

Hi,
We recently had moved the jobs to new vitualized machine.
I am not able to run the quality stage related jobs on new machine.I am getting thebelow error:

ADCCOM003AQualityStageStan..COMSTANDARDIZE: Failed to open QSRT connection: check qsrtmngr is running, job is deployed

Please help me how to install qsserv on the new machine.
Is this the cause of jab failures???

Have you checked to determine whether qsrtmngr is actually installed and not yet started? That would have been my first step.
