Deleting QualityStage components

Hi

We created a copy of the COUNTRY rule set in our development environment but when we try to delete the copy it gives this message

These objects are not referenced by any other objects

We were able to delete the copied RULESET but not these objects of the RULESET.

We get the following message when we try to delete the new folder

Unable to delete the item(s).

Object 'CopyOfCOUNTRY' cannot be deleted directly
Object 'CopyOfCOUNTRY' cannot be deleted directly
Object 'CopyOfCOUNTRY' cannot be deleted directly
Object 'CopyOfCOUNTRY' cannot be deleted directly
