QS : Unable to delete the item(s) message

Hi All

Has anyone seen this message before? How to fix?

1) Copied a rule set.
2) Renamed the rule set.
3) Tried to delete the copied rule set but get this message:

Unable to delete the item(s)
Could not load Ruleset ... .SET
Could not load object .... .FPO
[The field pattern override ... cannot be found in the repository]

Help will be much appreciated!
