Can any one please let me know what does the pattren "+" and "++" mean in Quality stage output.

Quality stage pattern
The + refers to a single word that consists of only letters. The ++ refers to two words that are seperated by something that appears in both the STRIPLIST and SEPLIST.
If you have the client installed on your machine, then you'll have access to the documentation that is a good reference to this stuff. You may even want to make a 'cheat sheet' out of the reference so that you don't have to keep going back to the reference. I found it helpful.
