Can anyone tell me what all the codes are and what they mean?

Do you mean the rules in the rule sets? Check them out in the Pattern Action Language Guide (We don't have postal certification in Australia, where I do most of my work.)

DPV in CASS
Welcome to CASS!
Delivered Point Verification(DPV) are just values that help you identified if an address is currently represented in the USPS delivery point file(reference file) as a valid delivery. Also with those columns you should have a better idea if the address is a false positive or what kind of delivered point is your address.
You should find all kind of information in the USPS website
