Have you successfully installed all the pieces? Did you perhaps install in a non-default location (that is, not in C:\Ascential)?

In addition to Ray's non standard directory structure comment I'd like to ask if you have started qsserv on your machine. (From what it looks like you are running on your machine)..

Man,
check your ftp permissions for the user id you are using. Also, if e:\ is a mapped drive that has the tendency of creating problems as well.

Check that you have permission to write into the D:\QProject\POC\Controls folder and access to all the parent folders in its path. A quick test is to get into a DOS shell (via cmd perhaps), CD to that folder and create a file, using the same user ID.

It shouldn't matter, but can you try setting things up with backslashes rather than forward slashes in the pathname?

Check also that this pathname is correctly referenced in your QualityStage run profile.

I test manually via cmd by some usual ftp commands such as get/put by my user "administrator" it works well, so anything more I can do?
