Is the time displaing on forum site correct?? I live on GMT +1 time zone and here it is 14:23 and in forum there is 13:24!!
Maybe you don't remember about time change to summer time??

YOUR particular offset is configured in your profile. There is no mechanism for changing it automatically. (That's actually quite a difficult task to achieve in a world wide sense - for example some states in Australia do have summer time while others don't.)

Looks like your 1/2 there :D
Australian Timezones have to be some of the worst in the world for a single country. 3 time zones normally, but one of them is 1/2 hour out not a full hour. During summertime we've had up to 5 when some of the eastern states that do have DLST aren't in synch ... and this plays havoc with people on border towns that live one side and work the other.
