Cannot Login after e-mail address was changed

Good morning,

Can any moderator please help. I'm stuck.

My e-mail address has changed and also I have forgotten my password, therefore I cannot go through 'Forgot my password' procedure.

I also cannot reregister as my new company e-mail is somehow already registered. I'm using temporary logon for this post. I'm stuck!! :)

Can a moderator please contact me at rmail@netspace.net.au to help me cleanup my account.
