I faced similar problem with DB2 API stage. So the turn around is tead the timestamp is string and load it, as DB2 API stage can handle even if the meat datas are different.

Please select extended microseconds in the metada with length 26 and scale as 6

This may also happen if the derivation to some of the fields is not proper. By derivation i mean transformation.
