But unfortunately i shouldn't either edit the .dsx file or go for Kim's parmeter Nav here. :shock:

So, i've manually entered all of them.

Actually, i am creating a new datastage job for which there are 50-60 jobparameters to enter manually which is a very tedious work.So, i'm working around for the solution..

manual entry of Job parameters !!!

Hi,

I have around 50-60 parameters which needs to be entered into the job parameters of the Datastage job. So, do we need to enter manually or is there any other way around??

Hi ray, Thank you for the reply. Here is the way i was executing the command. I was in 'bin' subdirectory,then gave.. dsjob -run -mode NORMAL /etl/ascential/Ascential/DataStage/Projects/<project> /etl/ascential/Ascential/DataStage/<jobname> but still i am getting the same error.. DB2 Interaction

Hi,


I am very new to AS400 systems on which our present database (DB2) is present.
Now, we need to interact with the DB2 database using Datastage EE.
Can we connect to the DB2 database on AS400 servers directly from Datastage DB2 stage??
If not how do we do that??

Hi all, I have a requirement where, i have some groups coming up from the source and i have to capture the number of groups and pass the count further.
