Nope it doesnt handle failure. I THINK THAT IS THE OLD BATCH NUMBER.

It is used in all the sequences before the actual process is ran.Is this information sufficient

Routine is working in one job and not working in another . Help me to resolve this.

I am using datastage jobs given by Peoplesofty and while sequencing the sequencers given, I am using another sequencer with job acivity for calling the jobs. I find that that the triggers used in the given cannot be seen in the JOB ACTIVITY TRIGGER LIST. ANY IDEAS

What happens if we have a sequencer and other jobs inside a master sequencer and in both the master sequencer and the sequencer inside if we check the option of restartability. How does it work.

I want to call one job from other project in the seuencer in other project. I dont want to export and import. Let me know if you have any ideas.
