Check if the data is getting dropped while loading into the tables. This scenario occurs when datastage prepares its load file successfully but is not able to load into the table as the database rejects the rows. Since you are in Unix. you may try it through Unix. PS: this will not be the exact nuber of records being read by the job Or In datastage you can pass your data through a transformer and build a incremental stage variable .
