Check if the data is getting dropped while loading into the tables. check the box "print to a file". You will be asked to specify the path when you press ok.

take any stage variable "A" and initialize it to 0.

take another stage variable "B" and increment "A" by one.


this logic will run for every row and your count will increase.

A -> If A>0 then A else 0

B=A+1

Use "B" as current row count.

i think IBM there is a J2EE plugin stage available in datastage for this very purpose.
