DSENV file is located in $DSHOME/DSEngine folder. SHLIB_PATH is one of the variable in the DSENV file.

It seems to me, the Oracle library path is missing in DSENV file. Oracle libraries can be found in the folder, where Oracle client is installed in DS server.

If i understood your post correctly, the primary key violation caused due to duplicates in the input. Identify why the input has duplicates and eliminate them then your warning message would disappear. I would think that that is appropriate.

I do not think it is possible to rollback the changes when you use 2 ODBC stages. It would be treated as two different transactions and there would not be any link between these two stages.

In the input, nonnumeric data was found for numeric column. Suspecting that there might be a space or invalid characters in the input. One way is to find out what you are doing in the 484 line. RT_BP47 folder can be found in the project folder and under that folder you can find 'JOB.169454777.DT.137...

Hi Craig,

You are right. I was bit confused when i read his very first post. But subsequent posts i understood that he is considering insert and update both as a single transaction. So i suggessted him to use 'enable transaction grouping'.

There are few ways to find out how many jobs are using the particular table and the ways are. 1. Usage analysis from DS manager. I think this way would give you the right results when you maintain the metadata properly in the project. 2. SQLs queries against Repository tables. Pls search the forum a...

Hi Craig, What i understood from the post is, he is trying to insert and update into Tables and he wants to issue commit if both are successful otherwise both should be rolled back. If this is the case, i think transaction grouping would help. Pls correct me if i am wrong. Snassimr, Pls correct me i...

NullToValue will not work in Modify stage. Instead use handle_null (ColName, <default value>) function to replace the null value. Parallel job's documentation needs to be amended.

There is a tabpage called 'Transaction Handling' in Inputs tab of ODBC stage. And there is an option called 'Enable transaction grouping' and select that option then one line for each link would be shown in the same page. There you mention rollback/continue under On Fail option. This option would be...

Sorry for my assumption that i made you are using Oracle DB. But pls mention that which database you use while asking DB related question, which would help us to get ideas/suggesstions/recommendations fast. I am not so sure that this option is available in any of the SQL server stages. But this opti...
