The actual problem mentioned in this thread is from Import->Prepare ODBC Text Definition, not the Load database Meta Data that can take the DSN defined in Analysis Server!

Is "All row in a single transaction" a DB2 setup option for DBA? Or we can set it from Enterprise DB2/UDB Stage? I don't see this option in that Stage though? I am running 7.5.0.

Try to turn off the Job Monitor in SYS and UAT via
DS Administrator->Project->Properties->Enviroment->Look for APT_NO_JOB_MON in Reporting section, and change the value to "True" and save it by clicking OK, and then run your job.
Let me know if this fixes your problem.
