Unable to decide which NLS should be used where??
Hi All, I have a DS job whose output goes as input to QS job... DS Job: OCI---->TX----->Sequential File(Fix length) My Oracle table contains special german and scandnavian characters...If i do a select sql i am able to see them in Oracle which I think rules out that Oracle is not compliant...My NLS ...

Hi, In my database table umlaut is entered and displyaed correctly....Its just that when I try to store the data into a CSV file...it is not dislpyaed correctly...do i have to do something in the job...but if i manually save the target file as UTF8 instead of ANSI, I am able to see it correctly in D...

Hi Ray, I tried increasing the cut-offs and making it greater than what is appearing in the RPT file...but then also the record is getting identified as duplicate...
