You are right.. It was a mistake. Now I corrected and restarted the server.
It is working now with the following dsenv file.

Hi chullet I validated $ORACLE_HOME value..it is right. lib32 directory is present in ORACLE_HOME. I have tried the dsenv file with the following changes .... changing $ORACLE_HOME/lib to $ORACLE_HOME/lib32 in LD_LIBRARY_PATH . Chullet Dont know the reason... But when I tried again the following command after some time, it worked fine. $DSHOME/bin/uv -stop -admin Then I made the necessary post install things..which worked fine.. One thing I didnt understand is, why were we not able to see that status in netstat -a|grep dsr...
