i had similar problem, the reason could be the job might have not closed as you said sudden power failure.

I best way is to unlock the job using adminstrator.
I hope u will surely get how to do that with proper search in this forum.

search for unlock or job is locked by an user

Hello where did u create the parameters ? In userdefined in Admin? if so i think u can access that in ur job by going to job properties ->parameters->add envirnoment variables->userdefined then select the parameters u created . your format is little wrong. remove the double quotes , use single quotes

when you are using the hash file for the first time and if u wish to load the hash file then try giving only the directory path and file name .
