Missing maps in datawarehouse

This is a real time problem. I have datawarehouse built. I dont have mapping from source to target. The documentation is lost. I want to know how to relate a source column to target column.

Job crashes in middle how to perform roll back

HI
How to handle rollback in datastage when a job crashes in middle of run. I have a job that inserts 3 million records into oracle database. But after some time jobs craches due to some reasons. In that scenario how will datastage handle that scenario.
