We are facing an issue of job monitor switching off on a regular basis every 1 hr or so. Is there any reason for the automatic switching of job monitor.

I want to create a script which reads the OSH script to check for hardcoded parameter values in jobs so that peer reviews of the jobs can be done effectively. Any suggestion welcomed

to read the value defined in administrator - you have to go to your project in unix and there will be a file - DSParams. If you read the file for your parameter name you can get the value defined in administrator

Check the column name in sequential file, there will be already DWH_SOURCE_SYSTEM column and you are trying to change some other column with the same name.
Also check the partitioning in funnel stage(preserve partitioning should be set)
