Yes. To check if the job has run, it's status, and contents of log. Basically to see the log to troubleshoot the error instead of reaching out to an operator

I also have the same problem but i think that it may be the CPU which is causing all the problem. If the CPU speed of the server is slow than we will be getting this error.

Yes you are right, the loading of data does not depend on us. I changed the datatype to char and this time it worked.
