Re: Join behaves strangely

Both datasets are hashed and sorted on previous jobs. And in this job we keep partionned mode "SAME" both sides. Are you sure no other job is messing with your datasets after they are hashed and sorted in your previous job and before you read them in the curent job? What happens if you add...

Would be good if you can give some data example here DS1 ha...

Join behaves strangely

Hello, I have a strange behaviour with a Join Stage. Two input links (Hashed and sorted on one Key column). We have 500 000 records on the left link and over 23 000 000 on the right one (that's why we use a join and not a lookup). After the Join, we realise some records don't match. I can't understa...

Yes, that would be an option if we were allowed to do it. Internal rules : No before/after routines.

Close Command on DB2 Enterprise Stage

Hello, I'd like to run stats after my Load inside the DB2 Enterprise Stage. The problem is that the Database is DB2 DPF (partitionned) but the indexes are global, so if I keep the Stage in Parallel mode and use the option Statistics=stats_all, it aborts with a deadlock from DB2. I thought to run the...

I know its not a solution and I would be happy to find one, but meanwhile, it's a way to keep moving on my course.

Can anyone tell me what's going wrong, knowing now that suppressing the space, the scheduled job runs OK?

SOLVED

I just realized where the problem was: In the path, there was a space and has I had some troubles to run an OS Command also over this folder, I tried to move the files to another folder which has no spaces in its name, and everything works just fine. Thank you all and I hope this post will be helpfu...

The access right to the file are :

Full Control for System and Administrators
Read and execute for Users.

The user Formateur is an Administrator.

I've already tried to change the user on the Projet properties, but I always get the same error, no matter the user.

Parameter between double quote when scheduled

Hello, I'm getting a weird behaviour with my Server Jobs. If I run them, they finish OK, if I schedule them, they abort. I tried to figure out why and I realized that the parameter (with the source path) appears between double quote when scheduled: Log of a normal Run: Project:formateur (SERVER) Job...

What sort of a checklist are you trying to put together - if you could list a couple of items, then I am sure others here will assist in adding other items. I'm afraid I'm still rather at a loss as to what exactly you are looking for. Maybe you're right. Here are some of the questions I've been thi...
