Not able to upload JCL to mainframes

Hi I successfully uploaded the jcl to mainframes many times but today when I try to upload the JCL to mainframes I am getting the following error 200 representation type is ASCII nonprint 227 entering passive mode(198,212, 158, 12,15, 182) sroring datase mysourcelibhere(NameoftheJob here) Please help

Simplest way is passing it through hash file and defining the keys by which you want to check for the duplicacy, here the last one is picked automatically

what is the probability this hash file created by user with higher previlages and now an user with lower previlages tried running this job he is not able to overwrite this file because he doen not modification previlages
