Reducing Log file entries
Is there a parameter or setting that you can put into the 7.5.2 environment to keep it from logging 'warnings' when a job runs?
There are some developers that run this huge job and it logs about 400MB of warnings during the run.
Matt

Connecting to remote Queue Manager using MQ Stage
I have the MQ stage running on Linux ( 7.5.2 ) - and I can use a LOCAL queue manger, but trying to connect to a remote queue manager, the engine cannot find it ( 2058 ) - which makes sense. How does the DS Engine resolve what server the remote queue manager is running on? the documentation doesn't r...

Sorry for the late response - was out most of this week. I got the info from IBM in regards to how to setup multiple engines on a Linux box - it is pretty easy. We had a need to run multiple engines due to some projects with RED data , and also isolating different development groups - seems to be wo...

Multiple Datastage engines
I am in the process of setting up a new Datastage environment , all on the Linux platform. I will have a Dev, QA and two production servers. Since we will be installing Enterprise Edition, we wanted to take advantage of installing and running multiple instances of Datastage on the Linux platform. Ma...
