I have the following client installed on an older Linux box running V3 Release 4. mysql-3.23.58-16.RHEL3.1 I cannot find an ODBC driver that was installed - I think it supposed to be placed into /usr/lib - but cannot seem to find an SO file associated with MySQL . I have Linux 3 Release 4 - and it currently has "mysql-3.23.58-16.RHEL3.1" installed - but I cannot find any ODBC ( SO library files) to use with Datastage ?

Can I download these files so I can configure a connection somewhere?

Reducing Log file entries

Is there a parameter or setting that you can put into the 7.5.2 environment to keep it from logging 'warnings' when a job runs?

There are some developers that run this huge job and it logs about 400MB of warnings during the run.

Connecting to remote Queue Manager using MQ Stage

I have the MQ stage running on Linux ( 7.5.2 ) - and I can use a LOCAL queue manger, but trying to connect to a remote queue manager, the engine cannot find it ( 2058 ) - which makes sense. How does the DS Engine resolve what server the remote queue manager is running on? the documentation doesn't r...

Sorry for the late response - was out most of this week. I got the info from IBM in regards to how to setup multiple engines on a Linux box - it is pretty easy. We had a need to run multiple engines due to some projects with RED data , and also isolating different development groups - seems to be wo...
