It's a fairly simple process as server installs go, so you really shouldn't have any problems with it. And all of the steps are in the Installation and Upgrade Guide pdf in your Docs directory. We have the same install you are getting ready to do and had little trouble with it (other than ignorance on our part as we did not fully RTFM).
