I would require to join two files and take the result of nonmatching columns in the target.I cannot use lookup as the file is too large and join too as i want to avoid on outer joins.Is there any stage to do this .

I have a specific scenario as while the main job started a table should get inserted with the jobstart time and when the main job finished the same table should be updated with jobend time.How could i go ahead with this.

Am using RTRIM and LTRIM functions in the DRS stage. I have nearly 80 char type columns. i feel very difficult to give this function to all the columns. So, can any one tell me the best way to implement this function easily in a DRS stage.
