We have the licenses for px.I was looking for a fast track forum.Is fix pack1 enough or should i go higher.The clients are xp machines.

Except for the dsrpcd which is not runnning.everyhing else is working.When i search for this service there is no entry.

We are loading data into an oracle table.The jobs gets very slow over a period of time.We starteed of having a row insertion rate of 1000/rows per second.Subsequently it slowed down to 108 rows persecon.So any suggestions would be welcome.

I tried feeding the same statement with the union in the datastage job.It takes more time than the stored procedure.I tried populating the keys using hash tables.I takes more time than the inner query.Any suggestion on this would be great.

While i connect to datastage the connection always breaks.then when i restart it works fine for a few minutes and then again it says connection is broken.Please suggest a solution as all the jobs break on the server.
