Datastage ODBC Problem - Help Needed

Hi, I have a strange problem with ODBC stage. I using a job to load history data into Oracle table for individual years. After running for couple of years, when I run the job to load a new year data it stops loading. It doesn't give any errors or stops processing...the count remains 0/0 for all stag...

I tried this path...but still no success. when i execute the dsjob cmd I got err msgs First asking for vmdsapi.dll then dsclnt32.dll and then dsrpc32.dll. The first one I got it from /dsdk/bin folder and the rest two from my local machine system32 folder. Now that the dsjob is running, I tried to ex...

I am running the dsjob cmd from the ... ascential\datastage folder. Is this what you meant by path or something related to server.

Correct me if I am wrong.

Run dsjob on local machine

Hi, I am new to this tool and I need some help. I am trying to run the job from my local machine and I am using dsjob to do that. But i am getting a msg that the cmd is not recoginsed. I am able to compile the job from cmd prompt using dscc but to execute dsjob do I have to set any envr variables or...

Has you said I checked the oracle tbl. The datatype is just NUMBER withour any length in it.

Would it make any difference.

I did use the trimB but not change in the outcome. The final data from the DS is right but still I get this msg. Also the size and types are the same.

This msg is a warning in the datastage. When I check the data in the msg box, the data is built correctly, but is not written into the oracle tbl. This is the msg i get.
