Datastage director read only access

Hi,

I would like to know if there is a facility in DataStage 8.7 version, to provide read only access to the director. By read only access I mean just to browse the repository, monitor and view logs or in other words restrict execution of jobs from director.

Please help me understand

I am able to laod the data without any problems using bulk load option of DB2 but the job fails when used with insert or update.

Hi Deepak,
I have tried using unicode extension but the resulti is same
When I view the data from datatstage I see the value as ???????? but extracting to a dataset and viewing the dataset the output is blank

Am I missing anything..The customer data is Spanish
