Hi Anuj,

Are you sure that your Oracle server (149.27.178.145 ) is reachable from your DS server?

also you can test the connection from "/branded_odbc/demo/demoodbc" and the driver VMora19 with "/branded_odbc/bin/ivtestlib".

I think that may be you need to add the ORA home directory in your ..DSEngine/dsenv file.

Check the difference between your servers.

yes, you need to enable hashed file cache sharing in the Job Properties to allow multiple processes to access the same hash file in cache.

Hi fahad, I think that you need to start journaling for those "Library.files" on as400 in order to allow DataStage(odbc) to insert/update/delete on those tables. these are the step on AS400: 1 Create a journal receiver (CRTJRNRCV). 2 Create a journal (CRTJRN) specifying the journal receive...

:P
Ray this warning started after an ODBC driver upgrade. The solutions I found are possibles, but implicate a lot of coding modifications.

So, I think that it should be another option like add a char set in the odbc.ini or use another NLS in the odbc stages. I tried both, but no luck yet.

Thanks,

This warning appear in a whole column mapped in a direct reference. I solve the problem when I put a hash file in the middle. But this is not the solution I want... any idea on how to solve this issue? this is the detail: Reference (China code page CCSID 937) | Input value--->TRF--->Output value (La...

You can create a (hash file) lookup with this table and check the existing keys, also you can compare the changes and use an insert/update option.

With oracle another option could be truncate then use ora bulk load.
