To fixe this issue, I release all locks on job RT_SCTEMP/MSS50_FirstGroup_ProcessingJOB, then re-compile it.

Hi, Ray This problem happened in development box, while I failed to re-set the Auto-purge option in Adminstator by user dsadm. Then I checked and found the owner of file "DSParams" is not dsadm, instead, it is a individual user id. I wonder what people did to change the owner of this file ...
