Mark it as a Reject Row.
Also it should be last link when looking at the link ordering
In this way it will have rejected records.

Here the ftp properties are hard coded in the stage and I want to store these values to sequential file.

User Password

I enter the above values in the screen.

It might help.
Change the Expression Type to "Unconditional" and see if you get email notification.
Also check that you have associated the correct job name.
Just for testing purpose.
