Thanks Eric But DataStage should process strings as characters and not bytes, right? If we set up the NLS at UTF-16 and if there are characters that occupy more than 2 bytes, will DataStage parse a string as characters or as bytes? Also does this mean the NLS setting of UTF-8 is not set correctly? W...

With transformer i have to create three output links to make one record into three records , generally i have to create max of 54 records for each input records so i hope its not a good method to use trasformer

Restrict the readonly user to edit administrator in prod

How to restrict the read-only user to edit/manipulate Datastage administrator variable in production, even though access grant has read-only, they able to edit the variable. Please suggest.
