Re: Differentiate reject links in lookup with multiple ref l
Looks like I do not know how to align the diagram. The top oracle connector goes to a transformer that splits data into 3 links which go to the lookup as reference links. the stream link is from the other oracle connector. The reject link is from the lookup that goes to a column generator. The outpu...

Differentiate reject links in lookup with multiple ref links
Hi All, I have a job that looks like this: ORA | | TXN | | | | | | ORA---------->LKP------> | | COLGEN | | DS Each of the 3 reference links contain one ID each. Now, whenever a certain ID is rejected because it was not present in the reference, I need to add the appropriate reason in the column gene...

Re: Aggregator stage
Please post a sample of your data and the expected output. The question is ambigous and not very clear.

Warning while loading using ODBC connector
Hi All, We are trying to laod data to a SQL Server DB using ODBC Connector. We have a string column that we are casting to timestamp in a user defined insert statament in the connector. While the data is getting loaded correctly, we are getting the below warning: "unable to determine associatio...

Handling New Line within a column while reading
Hi All, My source is a .csv file in the following format "col1","col2","col3","col4" "1","2","3\n2","4" "2","2","3\n2","4" As you can see, col3 has a new line withiin it. When I tr...

Execution Mode & Node Map Constraint
Is there any difference between the way setting 'Execution Mode' to sequential works and defining a job to run on a single node using a Node Map constraint? I read that when the Execution Mode is set to sequential, the conductor does the execution . If true, how does the conductor do this? I was thi...

Partition & Pipeline Parallelism
I understand that partition parallelism is something that we can control. i.e. we can choose whether or not a stage should process data in a partitioned manner or whether it should run in sequential mode. I was wondering if we could say the same about Pipeline parallelism. I don't see any way to con...

Re: SCD Clarification
2) We did not use any surrogate key in the above algorithm anywhere Clarify this statement for us, please. Do you mean you just didn't include discussion of the role of a surrogate key in your talk about the 'algorithm' involved or are you saying that you did not leverage a surrogate key in your ac...
