Hi,

i feel that if i do a count(*),i am going to get the Record count Right ..?

and also i need the Current time stamp....not the record count,could you please explain clearly as i am stuck..

Hi Kandy,
the 6th field is not a constant field for "4 keys" by which i aggregate the AMOUNT.

Hi All, i have a Requirement. Please Advise me on the Job flow. i have 6 fields from a Dataset output and from these 6 fields,5 fields are part of Aggregator i.e; one among the 5 fields is Amount which is calculated based on the Sequence of other 4 fields. Hi ALL, the length of the hard-coded character i.e; TRAILERRELIARTOWSFRWC is Char(120).But earlier i didn't specify the Length in Dev. so i made this change in Dev now i.e; Specified the Exact Length i.e; Char(120) and migrated to QA. Now it is working fine in QA ( i.e; i Don't see 3 Additional Rows )

Hi All, i am populating a Record which is hardcoded as "TRAILERRELIARTOWSFRWC". When i run this in Dev i get output as TRAILERRELIARTOWSFRWC (which is correct) But recently i migrated the code to QA & when i test it in QA then i get TRAILERRELIARTOWSFRWC and also there are 3 more rows ...

Hi Roland,

i deleted the Dataset files manually...

Now i started creating the dataset freshly,earlier i am using a wrong Config file,Now i changed it to point to correct one.

So Now it works...

Hi All, i am running an extract job to load Data into a Dataset...from a Sql table. i am getting this error,please Help me :- "The file identified as '/ford/thishost/proj/Ascential/Projects/FEDW_DEV/interimfiles/ows/PPLGL_002_1.ds' is not an ORCHESTRATE Data Set descriptor." till last week...
