Why are you asking? If it is related to licensing, then as of version 11.x, that should no longer be a concern, as there are no more user metrics for licensing.

You look in DataStage Director and click on the Elapsed Time column header to sort and help you find the longest running jobs. Then you can know which ones need performance tuning.

Is this a first-time issue on a newly installed server, perhaps one with very little memory?

Have you looked under the Launchpad in your web browser, Operations Console, under the Workload Management tab where the settings are?

We have found on 11.7 that after running the uninstaller against the server, such as to uninstall any product component, that DataStage Parallel Edition gets disabled. That zaps a couple three dozen parallel stages off the palette. Has your admin uninstalled anything recently?
