not able to view log files

My job is running successfully but in the Director i am not able to see any content in the log file. Logfiles for each job are empty. please help me how to resolve this issue.

not able to login to datastage

I have installed Datastage couple of weeks back and was working fine. Suddenly from last 2-3 days server is responding very very slowly. Totally 20-25 users are using the same datastage server. Now finally we are not able to login into datastage using our credentails which were working fine till yes...
