I'm using the XML Output stage to create XML, and it's adding this tag to the beginning of the XML... <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?> How do I stop that? Also, if my values in the xml contain "<" or ">" it is removing them, and changing them to things l...

Is there a way to do this in a parallel job?
