In Source the column is marked as "Nullable" and in target it is "Not Null" that is why the job is throwing a warning message. I think you need not to worry as long as you have correct values in the above column in source. And if Null is there then apply the logic as told by Ray....

The ASCII value of the new line character is 10, but you have mentioned 13 also. When checked, I found that "char(13)" also means new line character.

Is there any limitation on the number of reference inputs??
Like, in one of my job I am having 1 Src and then a lookup with 26 reference inputs. When I add one more link for another reference input, the job gets abort. So is the issue with the lookup or the new reference data ??

Are you using any conversion function in your job??
ANd for second part, you can either suppress or demote your warnings to info in the director using message handler.
Just right click on the warning and you'll see the option
