As per my knowledge you can not find the software from outside, you can approach any institute or any friend who is working in Ds.
If you are really want to learn ds you can find documents online to learn ds.

Is any index or constrian's on the table and are you doing insert and update,check this two things and try to keep some filter condition for testing purpose and check the performance.

I agree with ray and i was able to read data from db2 to seq file with the same process.

Are you using lan or wifi,
If you are using wifi , try to connect to lan and try with ur credintial's.
or

Try to copy and paste the password from notepad to ds.
