Oracle table truncate
I need to truncate and load the table same time in the same job everyday. So in the target I used Oracle enterprise stage with write method as load and write mode as truncate. I have a field customerInfoID which has duplicates like 101,101,101,101,102,102,102. The output I need is 101,4 and 102,3 i.e row count of each customerInfoID. stage to change the metadata of tables or files
Is there any stage other than transformer to change datatypes,field lengths and giving values to nulls?
I have a number of issues with the fields before doing a lookup so need a stage for the above changes.
Used transformer but that is increases the technical weight to the job.

Oracle Enterprise stage error
My job runs fine in Development and Test but fails in production.
The error starts at oracle enterprise stage which is
"Failure during execution of operator logic" and that is the source.
Please suggest me if any changes are required to run the job with no errors..
