Only one client is installed on the datastage server i.e oracle 9i drivers. Our management is not ready to install one more client (oracle 8i).

I have to find some other way to extract table from oracle 8i.

If we cannot extract data from Oracle 8 how do you load data to a dataset ?

I have one table in oracle 8i. I try to get data for that table using ODBC stage and load to another table in oracle 9i. But i am not able to get data from oracle 8i. Hi Am trying to load table from oracle 8i to oracle 9 using datastage 8.1. But datastage wont support oracle 8i. Trying to get data using ODBC stage but, still it is not working.
