Conversion of Time from EST to GMT.
Hi All,
Datastage server time is EST and in the jobs we want to insert GMT times..
so how do we do the conversion , taking care of the day light savings ?
Any thoughts greatly appreciated.

I am getting the following type warnings for the aggregator stage ..
Aggregator_33,3: Hash table has grown to 16384 entries.
what does that mean?
