My self also encountered the same error. In that case I was able to get over it by changing the NLS map to None on the immediate target stage after the last transformer.

Nope, Its just having a Sybase IQ stage as the source, a transformer stage that just does a one to one mapping, and an oracle bulk load stage.

Well, in a similar situation, I manually edited the DSParams file for the new project and copied the entries from previous project DSParams file, which was successful.

It has been executed as the dsadm user who is having all the permissions for the directory where the file is being written.
