I reformatted both file A and file B, adjusted the datafile definition in QS designer, and adjusted the UNIX folder's user access privilege. I still do not know if I need to put file ending or line ending char at related place.

I find the problem. My solution is to copy the gs000000 to the Data folder, and rename it to GS000000. It is case sensitive! The QS server writes the file to the folder specified in the profile. The read/write privilege is a big issue when run the process.
